Chat Room Software

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone knows of some free chatroom software I can use on my site. Doesn't have to be overly laden with features or anything, long as I can upload it to my webhost without too much trouble.

There is a built in chat in cpanel, but it looks horrible.

I too would like to know if anyone can help me get some sort of chat applet for my site. I'm looking for:

- Administrative controls
- Adding moderator users
- Basic design
- BOT announcements
