Reports from the Kyodo news agency state that depending on the "US position", North Korea may still undertake a 2nd nuclear test. The reports state
that Korean leader Kim Jong made the comments to a Chinese envoy this week. The official position from China is that currently North Korea has "no
intention" of conducting a further test "at this point".

It seems although China may have calmed the situation down for the moment, there is still a great deal of diplomatic work to be done behind the scenes.
North Korea is obviously still seeking the limelight from the international stage, the question is how far are they willing to go, and who are they willing to upset?
The US administration have a great responsibility on their hands, not only in the fate of a country, or region, but also the rest of the world.
The question is how will they handle it?

If Jong does blow off another nuke, China's reputablity will approach zero.
I never have bought into the media propaganda about China not being in control of the DPRK. US can't make too many waves when China has the West by the manufacturing bollocks, so we put on a happy face and keep buying at Wongmart as long as Beijing keeps servicing US debt.
