Obviously this is a publicity stunt, but isn't it a bit dangerous to do in the UK...I think it would actually be safer to do in the U.S. since the drug laws pretty make it so you have to be caught red handed with the substance to be sent off to a lab for confirmation it's an illegal substance. I don't think the same rule exists in the UK...

A spokeperson for the show said that the interview was taped backstage at a concert in Spain, so UK laws wouldn't apply. Consumption of marijuana is legal is Spain.

Thanks for clearing that up Duzey

I was in Spain a few years ago and heard there places you could buy and light up, but I was with a friend from Amsterdam who lives surrounded by those coffee shops, so he didn't have any interest in seeking them out.

I guess when you're from Amsterdam, the novely of those cafes has long worn off. We used to have a couple of them in Vancouver, but now they are stricty BYOB.

Ummm, that's what I read in the newspaper.

Has this guy not filled his appetite of bad press yet? My only question is, backstage at what concert? I certainly hope it was not his own.

Grant it the guy had some talent years ago, but I could not see myself paying to watch this guy dance around the stage.

Do us all a favor and keep the cameras off this guy.

Give him all the reefer and twinkies he can handle... it may keep him out of public washrooms... kinda reminds me of "Boy George" and the quest for "controversy and relavence" as the talent lamp fades... the attempts at garnering "attention" becomes more and more "out-there". Sad.

I can't stand that tool.

He's got that puckered up little face and beady little blood-shot eyes.

Makes me frightened, he does.

He's an obscene pervert.

I guess bad publicity is better than no publicity, eh?
