There was a cool pic of the space shutle and the ISS (the "sunspot") infront of the sun. Now here's a cool pic of the ISS infront of the moon:

The picture was constructed using six video frames recorded from a site just outside Tracy, California, USA. Sporting newly deployed solar arrays, the ISS was at a range of about 260 miles from the telescope/video camera setup

Sigh. Poor neglected space station. Looks more like MIR than how the ISS should look. I blame the Russians.

I did a little bit of image enhancement to get a better view of the ISS (this is a combination of the 7 clear shots of the ISS in the original picture togeter with a sharpening filtering and histogram stretch)
