Banned Bush speech video

I began to watch it, it seems like a piece of propaganda. His voice changes within the first few seconds of the tape. Has anyone else noticed it. Here's the link.

It is of course a chopped audio file. It would be cool if he gave real speeches with that scary music in the background though.

I figured that, I just thought it was odd how it's being promoted on the net. Kind of wrong, I doubt he has those intentions anyways. But it's just annoyed me a little hearing it on the radio and all first, then with him being compared to Hitler at the end. It's obvious BS for the show or website it came off of.
