Anyone get a Wii preorder?

I stopped by my local Gamestop on my way home from work today. I walked in and said, "Can I still preorder a Wii."

The fella working said, "Nope, every kid and their mom was sitting outside when we opened."

Another fella working there joked in the background, "Don't forget the weird guy who said he camped out."

Anyway, I couldn't preorder one.

Was anyone else fortunate enough to get a preorder?

NOPE , i went to three diffrent gamestops at 11 something today, and they were all sold out. dammit


1 million at launch and 2-4 million before xmas, we should be ok

I got one for my son. After dropping the kids off at school I drove by Gamestop and saw 3 kids waiting on line so I joined them. I was only waiting for about 1 hr and found out that they only had 7 available so I was glad I waited.

My son LOVES mario games so I was happy to do it for him.

I also preordered a PS3- Yes I am a geek

I got one !! nah nah nah nah NAH!!!!


hahahah whilst you ill be looking and having a with the wife whilst going at my new ninty wii!! hahaha all those who lost out in the preorder are and deserve !


lol i know for this post ill get loads of, but hey, whilst you and ill be feeling all !!!!

I'm waiting until the Second Generation Hardware comes out(before christmas 2007) before I buy any console. I'm looking to buy a 360 in the next 4 months though as that is nearing Second Gen.

PS3 & Sony can suck my left nut for all I care.
