LYNCH: NO MEMORY OF SEXUAL ASSAULT...

Just saw this...

Dr. Mahdi Khafazji, an orthopedic surgeon at Nasiriyah's main hospital performed surgery on Lynch to repair a fractured femur and said he found no signs that she was raped or sodomized.

Khafazji, speaking at his private clinic in Nasiriyah, said he examined her extensively and would have detected signs of sexual assault. He said the examination turned up no trace of semen.

Having just re-read the Drudge report, I'm glad you found that peice you quoted kukla....though probably not for the reasons I am thinking.

and......

Understandable and very respectable.

Then.......

Question:
Why would either of them have "a need" to be checking for "semen" in the first place if, as Dr. Jamal al-Saeidi says: "We had a few minutes, golden minutes to save her"........??

Then.....
"What kind of animal would do it to a a person suffering from multiple injuries?"

I really don't know myself and will not dwell on this anymore other than to say.....ask the female Chinock helicopter pilot that had two fractured/broken legs and was reportedly raped.....

Umm, seeker, if they DID rape as Bragg claims, why even bring her to the hospital? Why not just leave her for dead?

BECAUSE IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

I don't know Seek, argue for the highly suspect & champion the conservative line in all circumstances....I understand being a foil, but the ground on which the stands are being made is eroding pretty darn quick.

They would have left her for dead. Or taken her to a prison camp. Not to a hospital. In the middle east, often, they will kill a rape victim to avoid having to pay her family restitution. Leave her body there, and it remains all a mystery.

They knew they had a hot potato and did not want to get caught with it, because they knew that surely, thier capture was imminent, with Americans swarming all over the #ing place.

Why would they check for signs of rape, seeker? Because its logical to do so. The doctors would have wanted to, given the circumstances. Since they were trying to save her and make her well and alive.
