Wow I didnt know mexico was that high and also I didnt know Saudi Arabia was that low. Mexico - because of all the things I heard from them Saudi Arabia - Well since oil money is really going up in there from what I heard, then I guess it will be higher soon.

I didn't know that there is such a gap between the first two and the rest. thnx for the list.
