unique sighting

I was coming back from taking out the trash this evening and I noticed something flying across the sky. It wasnt glowing or flashing like most sightings, it was totally black with no lights. I only noticed it because it was darker than the sky behind it. It looked like a big black blob, and it was moving horizontally very fast. Then it seemed to get fuzzy and faded out of site. I say its unique because ive never heard of a ufo that was just black with no lights.

Hey if they didn't have lights then they would look as you describe this. Any idea of shape at all or size? Did you hear anything? Did stars and lights disappear behind this thing?

How fast was it moving.

Plane speed?

Bird speed?

Light speed?

Just generally for reference.

it looked like a big blob, maybe a ball shape. definatly not plane shaped. it was moving very fast, faster than any airplanes i see around here but not lightspeed and i couldnt hear any noise from it. couldnt really see any stars out but you can hardly see any down here anyway (phoenix).
