amateur 911 footage what is this?

Its deffenetly a bird in normal speed without pause/play you can see the wings flapping,just watched it over and over and over with my Mrs.

The other link (75mb)although nothing new its very good quality video of a different view.I dont think i`ll ever get comfortable watching the event.

Very sad.I can still remember what I felt on that dreadful day.Sadness,confusion,but mostly helpless and angry.I hope we never have to endure another event like that again.As far as the object, it does look a little big to be a bird.
