So, Bin Laden isn't guilty

Washington Post has reported that for 9/11 Bin Laden isn't guilty because he "just" approved the attacks. So now is wanted only for the facts happened in Kenya and Tanzania.

Has Bin Laden been found guilty in a court of law?
If he hesn't then he is still Not Guilty I guess.

FWIW, I think the guy's dead. That may not stop the gov. from dredging him up at a later date though.
