Disclosure from our Gov. on UFO's/aleins today

I came accross this article and wanted to know if if this has been heard of
and if Mr. Lear could give an insight as to what his take on this is or anyone
who knows anything about the Truth or non truth about this disclosure suposedlly from the US gov. Its says 2009 we will have another meeting with the aliens and that we have had several meeting and even a book about our history that they gave us mostly I want to know about that book dose anybody know about that BOOK?
