This just in from the Guardian Unlimited: US interventions have boosted Iran, says report

Always keen on boosting its clout within the Middle East, the report cites that "Unless stability could be restored to the region, Iran's power will continue to grow." With economic sanctions an all but impossibility because of the already high oil prices and the U.S. already embroiled in Iraq, the US it would seem can only watch as Iran continues to get away with its nuclear aspirations.

I doubt very much that its a real bad thing for Bush's oil buddies down in Texas if oil prices go up. They probably all have Futures contracts worth billions already

just another example of failed foreign policies coming from our own government.

You can not make a country your enemy and tag it an axis of evil and then expect that country to cooperate with you.

It seems that the whole plan is indeed to make the country go against all odds so it will be easier to make it a target later on.

Is all about agendas.

Its all about oil wars.
