On the day the Earth Moves

There is a legend, which tells of an event. A cycle specific to our kind. A moment of existence in which everything changes and as result we begin again. The earth we live on is attached to nothing and when the cold times return the land we stand upon moves. When this happens very little that man has made continues to exist. And what society man has made since the last time the day came is gone.

What has predominated, on the day Earth moves has been cultures with little technology. What is said of what follows in regard to survival, after these events are the topic of this post?

Pole shifts release massive Electro-magnetic pulses as well as Gamma radiation (again massive). The resultant effect is that anything living and as well mulitcellular is relived. Of any information is has in life retained in its life. Many people survive but without being encased in some type of Insulation, which inhibits the effects of the event. They are no different than cave men with exception of the fact they do not know how to make fire. This does not mean they maintain the same sentiments, the same desires and the same intent. This because as I was told, what is interrupted in all their brains (at the very least) are the connection between the halves.


Survival in these times is very harsh for the most part languages are possible. But in relation to intent the ones who are often called evil are in the end what survive of all our people and this each time. Eventually as the population increases people, of other temperaments are able to function. And from there we return to a level of function where are some cases our culture, can find a way to stop the Pole shifts (this has never been done by the Human race).


I am going to stop here and ask
What are your thoughts?

If all the information that has been acquired about a pole shift is anywhere near correct, there's going to be a real mess to clean up!
But one thing is different this time.
Underground survival complexes.
Our government, as well as several others have been building these things for years. They are fully equipped and can function just as a normal city does. So, the ones that will survive will most certainly be the "bad guys."
As for the others left topside, it may end up looking like one of those sci-fi movies of a post nuke society. And when the "bottom dwellers" finally decide to come back to the top, you can be sure they will be able to take power again and get things back on their planned path.
Yes, things will be very different this time for sure!!! But, as usual, the working class will get screwed!!
You would hope and pray for divine intervention and just be poofed out of here like old Enoch.

Do we have anything even remotely scientific to back that up? Firstly, does this happen on all planets with a magnetic field? If so why arent we noticing it occurring throughout the galaxy, strange bursts of radiation emanating very close to stars, with no apparent source. Secondly, how do you define information? Does dna count as information? Or are we proposing that em radiation can cause complete amnesia?

My thoughts are you have myth mixed with truth mixed with theory...

...Pole shifts have happend before, the magnetic poles that is, north used to be somewhere near Algeria or Libya...

...now I've heard that "too much ice and the continents slide on the mantel" theory, no such thing....too much friction.
You are talking about moving Hundreds of Billions of tons of rock, along a sticky plasticy surface, that is like moving a 5,000 lbs. rubber shoe along a basketball court, it just isn't going to happen.

And the myth is those cities...people have lived in the Sahara, in fact they even drew cave art back when times were wetter...but this was DURING the Ice Age...the Sahara did not become dry until the Ice Age began to receed.

I don't think technological people would make cave art THAT crappy...and they'd have left behind metals...

...I always like to refer to our transportation system...if all our society were to be buried tomorrow, and man to only have myths of this "Day of Gods" until 20,000 years from now...they'd still be able to dig up our roads...and our debris, like a layer in the earth....everywhere there would just be pulverised Asphalt and Cements and peices of Cars
