Another Mystery Code. Can you solve it???

In 1795 three boys discovered the top of an ancient shaft on uninhabited Oak Island . The boys began to dig, and what they uncovered started the world's greatest and strangest treasure hunt...What they found astonished them.

Two feet below the surface they came across of layer of flagstones covering the pit. At 10 feet down they ran into a layer of oak logs spanning the pit. Again at 20 feet and 30 feet they found the same thing...

At 90 feet one of the most puzzling clues was found - a stone inscribed with mysterious writing.

Here it is. Can you decipher the code?
