August 22nd..Time Zone Difference

Well, we are all aware that there are certain predictions are to happen on the 22nd. But, I pose this question..."In which time zone" are these events supposed to happen? It's already the 22nd 1902 here...but it's only the 22nd 0502 over on the Mid time zone in the states. These predictions are supposed to be for the 22nd...but where? Any ideas or thoughts? Also, Nostradamus made many great predictions for the future..but what time zone where they all supposed to be predicted for?

I had the same doubt yesterday, that is why I made this post.

As for Nostradamus' predictions, I do not know if they had time zones at the time he wrote them.

Edit: Time Zones were proposed to be used worldwide only in the 19th century.
