Well, perhaps everyone is making Aug. 22 out to be more than it is. Instead, could Ahmadinejad have used this opportunity to be obtuse and muddy the diplomatic waters further?

Perhaps. One thing is certain, the anticipation and angst his statements have caused in the world oil markets certainly is helping Iran fund his military tentacles...

Just about everything these nuts have been spewing lately is little more than "fiery rhetoric".

Tommorow is August 22. I doubt little of importance is going to go down. Except maybe a Layne Staley memorial, cuz its his birthday.

I agree...nothing will happen tomorrow. Iran is not capable of bringing on the end of the world. And, if they are, no one will be here to tell me how wrong I am!

Nuclear war doesn't neccessarily mean the end of the entire world.

No disasters planned for tomorrow , i'm sure of that.
However , Iran will be attacked before the end of this year , thanks to a terrorist attack like AJ predicted. If Aug. 22 is gonna be a disaster day , i'm sure Alex has focused his prediction on that date.

So, just why is everyone talking about the end of the world?

Who started that? This was never about the end of the world, It's about the demise of Israel...it always was.
