Come on babe you know there ain't no time to mess around (round, round, round, round)

for me, you've got to like some of the old stuff to like the new because thats where all the influences come from. my cd collection is full of a bit of everything but i do think the old stuff is the best though, things such as AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, even stuff like Elvis and the Rolling Stones.
i think there is a lot more pressure on bands to create stuff that will sell right from the word go, and its a shame really because you don't see a band develope and get better, it starts off good and then goes downhill. i'm a massive fan of feeder, and they might not be old but when they started back in the early 90's all this comercialism wasnt aroundas much. i have seen this band grow and get better, which for me is more enjoyable for real music fans

Yes of course!

I grew up around bands such as old Aerosmith, Led Zepplin, The Doors, Bad Company.

I especially like Heart (80's girl rock is awesome!)

And of course I am a dedicated fan of anything that Eric Burdon has done.

May I just say, snowflake_obsidian, YES!

By the way - I walked by and a particular stone just felt as if it was to be with me. I made a necklace of it...
