Iran planning an apocalyptic strike on AUGUST 22

found something interesting.

so i was searching the internet, and came across this website called Zionist.com
ok i know, obviously there is going to be a biased opinon. BUT, at the end of the persons blog about the date, they allow comments, and i found this one persons comment quite interesting....here are some coincidences concerning the date, and some of the actions taken by irans president.

August 22, 2006 on a current gregorian calendar converts to 27 Rajab, 1426 on the islamic calendar… 27 Rajab is supposedly the ‘ascent’ of Muhammad..The Battle of Nineveh was December 12, 627. At that time we would have been under the Julian calendar, and that date converts to 27 Rajab, year 6.

Basically, 27 Rajab is also an anniversary of the day the Roman Byzantine Army defeated the Persians..

Also interestingly (coincidental?) is the day that Ahmadinejad announced his letter to Bush was an invitation to Islam.. current gregorian date was May 11, 2006..

Here is a list of some of mohammed’s ‘events’.. He sent out invitations to various rulers, (Egypt, Persia, Ethiopia, Byzantine) to accept Islam.. listed as just 1 Muharram, year 7.. which converts to the (then Julian calendar) date of May 11..

The only thing I can say, is if Iran made us wait 2 months for an answer and then say NO... it's going to be hell. The world would have felt like if they were used, they will look like if someone threw a dozen eggs in their face. We will have to wait and see.

Normally I rest easy thinking "Iran isnt that stupid. They know that if they struck Israel like that, or anything/anywhere else really w/nukes, they'd undoubtably get destroyed by Israel's nukes AND whoever else would join in."

Now I'm realizing that the president of Iran is too crazy to care, he'd sacrifice all of his people just to do that. I hope the supreme islamic rulers that actually hold the true power in the country arent quite as crazy and dont wish to sacrifice their entire nation in the attempt of destroying Israel.

Now something on a smaller scale, like Iran hitting U.S. bases and positions in Iraq and entering a war w/U.S. like that, no nukes involved, at first. And if they did, they could get the Shia population majority in Iraq, our so called friends, to rebel against us in an instant. Then all the Mahdi army and all the millions of angry Shias would come after U.S. troops while Iran came from the other side lol. Each house in Iraq can have at least 1 AK-47, so the arms are already there.

Iran seems to have lost the plot. Couple that with his mad united nations 'ray of light' speech, and you have a very very dangerous man at the helm.

It was this type of vision that sparked ww2. And we all know that todays global war would be mega hard on us all...

Pray to god we never see it - but if it happens, i hope Israel takes mecca out along with Tehran. Then see just how big and clever it feels then. Oh and as for so called friends in iraq, the US and allies have none apart from those it pays.

In a blink of an eye the Iraqies would turn on them, and that would not be pretty.... maybe thats why they have such a huge embassy and green zone....

Well first, very nice thoughts put forth Digitalgrl. Skewed? Possibly not.

As for the last portion in respects to the “plague of locusts”, I found the reference and implications noted quite interesting. Joel, has not been a book I have reviewed lately, but despite it being only 3 chapters, the whole book is sort of timely.

Heres a link to the Book of Joel, and again, it is not much to read. (Maybe 15 Minutes.)

Now it is surprising that this is part of a concern for Islam. The commentary does not bode well for those, who may choose to partake of this invasion. The text just does not represent the positive ending, I feel the Islamic Radical wish to see.

And while there, I thought the Final Chapter had some relevance as well, but yet again, the end result does not seem to be the one any of these extremeist groups would be looking for. Unless of course, it's the Jihadist dream come true. Death in Jihad is a walk on in card for heaven. Something those "Foaming at the Mouth Nut Bar Radical Terrorit Types" would be looking forward to.

Man is that full of positive thoughts.

But again, this is not the time as has been noted earlier. It's also echoed here in Verse 14 for example "for the day of the LORD is near". Not is here.

im glad you found my post interesting, when i found that websites comments it was a completly different slant on the situation. so i thought other people might find it kinda neat as well.

but i agree we shall wait and see.

one more thing, i have seen this day go from paper, to internet, to now being mentioned on certian news channels....has anyone heard anything from either government in response to this? i mean ive seen stupider things become rumors on the internet and tv and someone in the us gov comes out and gives a comment....and now here is something that is being written about and talked about in the news, and some people are really getting freaked out, and so far at least from what i know...mumm is the word. what do you guys make of that?
has anyone in the gov made a comment? and if not, why do you think that is?

I fully believe that the Iranians must be actively helping terrorists in everything that they do by funding them,But...why have they not came out with it Lebanon and Libya both have. I

I find it confusing and strange that such a radical Government has never just made it public the Afghans have but I never heard their gov creating a big noise of their disgust for the WEST and this GUY is screaming at the top of his lungs of his hate for EVERYTHING WESTERN, should they not be viewed as a possible terrorist harboring country in the same way that Afghanistan is viewed?

It says on someones reply that they have made cartoons on the Holocaust designed to test the patience in other words of the WESTERN world, why would you deliberately do that?, Mr A (sorry cannot remember his name, by the end of this month everyone will know his name if he does what everyones thinking) says that, "there was no Holocaust", is that not an indication that he is planning to make a Holocaust

Goto wikipediea or something, and look up a province of Balochistan. A place in Southeastern Iran will show up. There are Sunni separatist militants there and theyve warred against the Iranian islamic govt in the past. It is also a ruggid border region "no mans land" as they describe Waziristan. That is where he is. Why? Because, I just think so. What makes me think that? No, nothing from God, no crazy visions.. I just figured it out. He'd be in the 1 place we'd honestly, seriously, question ourselves on attacking him if we discovered him there, within Iranian territory. No matter how we spun it afterward, the attack would provoke a war between the US and Iran, both countries know it, and if I know it and im telling you or you already know, bin Laden surely does as well.

But thats off topic.

As is the case with all dated predictions, nothing will happen on Aug. 22.
I don't mean to cast doubt. But nothing ever espoused to be a dated prediction has ever produced substantial fruit.
Again, I don't want to play the naysayer but look at the track record.
If I'm wrong I stand corrected. However....

Seems to me Iran has one ass to look after in the near future -- it's own. That 60 minutes interview proved to me they have a bigger problem than I first thought.. their Govt lacks intelligence as well as being crazy.

Yes, I wonder just what would be the effect of one that has so many discussions going on about it all over the place coming true.

Can you just imagine the hysteria every time one comes along again. Think about it. I think it would be a mess.

Either way, there does seem to be something different about this date. It has been mentioned now by a few too many "mainstream media" people. Something is in the works as far as I can tell, even if nothing happens on Tuesday, something is going on.

what if this continues to happen every year on Aug 22nd ? remember before 2000 I remember hearing of people killing themselves because they thought that the Apocalypse was imminent and whada ye know...we're still here!
