Is Israel committing war crimes ?

It just seem's to me on every news report,newspaper,website and ATS all i see is headlines like this

Israel hits red cross ambulances with missiles
Israeli air raid hits U.N. observation post
Israel targeting fleeing civilians

Im no expert but these have to be war crimes unless its ok to kill gentiles ?. This has REALLY changed my views on Isreal and jewish people. I think im going to have to do some more research international war crimes.

From day one I told everybody about these inhuman people and that they hate both arabs and iranians with a passion. Just because they had to go through the holocaust doesn't mean they have to experiment it in a other way to palestinians. You should see MARTYR STREET on history channel and how it disgusts you of how the zionist pigs have ruined the heart and homeland of the palestinians.

I would have to say yes.

On the other hand, so is Hezbollah.

Hezbollah's tally so far includes more Israeli soldiers (22) than civilians (19), though this argues more for the ineffectiveness of their oversized bottle rockets than from any intent of restraint, they seem to target Israeli civilians at least as wantonly as Israel does Lebanese civilians. Their weapons just aren't as good.

What makes better news, attrocities by Israel or attrocities commited by Muslims?

Beheadings, using human shields, hiding among civilians, mosques used as weapon depots....all that is old news. Now Israel accidentally bombing the Red Cross. FRONT PAGE!

I agree Hezbollah is committing war crimes BUT Israel is ment to be the responsible one out of the two knowing better since there on educated on international laws,

I think if you did a little research that you will find that Israeli soldiers have actually picked up Palestinian children and used them as a REAL human shields. Some people here just have no idea how vicious these people are.

they bombed civilian buildings and they got nothing out of it. They said they are hiding behind civilians yet they can't tell who is hizbullah and they screw it and just do it anyway. They "accidentally"? bombed ambulances saying there were missiles inside yet there was nothing either and now they just launched an air raid on a UN outpost, what is your next excuse, that there was Shahab-3's in there?.

did I not mention that IDF also uses the same tactics as those same called terrorist.

Here they forcibly take a family of Palestinians along on a house to house search in the event that they are attacked the family will be hit first if there is a boobytrap.

We already know what terrorists do. Why they do what they have done is another story.



These are not the actions of a Democracy. They are the actions of Terrorists.

I'm tagging some of the relevant threads with "Israel-Lebanon War Crimes", meaning war crimes from the Israel-Lebanon War (lets just call it a war for argument's sake at least). I suggest others do the same for any that I don't come across, that way, its at least consistently there for people trying to research it on ATS.
