I still believe that this is a simple contrail. Reasons follow.

1. The sun is just over the horizon causing the filmer to be in the "shade" while the jet is high enough to for the sun to still hit it causing the contrails to glow pink. Don't forget the suns light changes to a pink-red color the more atmosphere it has to travel through, thats why sunsets and sunrises are pretty.

2. The object itself is almost over the horizon, therefore we must be looking at it from an extreme angle (almost from the side) causing it to be all "scrunched up". This makes the contrails to appear shorter than they are and lower in the sky than it really is.Click here to see an example of elongated things looking shorter from the sideI know its not the best example but im in a hurry

3. An above poster stated that the object doent move but if you speed up the video by 4x you see that it moves at a even steady pace. Speeded up its alose easier to see that they are contrails.

apparently everyone just missed this post with a great video explaing how they are only contrails.

Eagle eye you got a WATS vote from me for finding that.

"You have voted eagle eye for the Way Above Top Secret award. You have two more votes this month."
