looks like it's about the woman who's been complaining about various sexual harassment issues between her and at least the Vice President.

I heard about 10 seconds of it and lost interest...so, I dunno all the details.

All I know is thats the G8 meeting , and it appears as though the prez walks up to her and begins to massage her shoulders and she doesn't seem to appreciate it.

Angela Merkel is Germany's current Chancellor (President), and this took place at the G8 summit last month, in St. Petersburg, I think.

Did he think G8 is the name of a fraternity?? Can't Karl tell him how to behave? This is so embarrassing!! MG, what world leaders can take this goofball seriously? And he has the power to start WW3. Seriously, someone around him better help keep him dry; he's an alcoholic and he should not be drinking. If this is what causes him to act inappropriately, someone better sit him down for a talk, someone like an AA sponsor, but I doubt he has one.
The embarrassment he causes US citizens and others is not dissimilar to the embarrassment of children and friends of an alcoholic parent when s/he acts inappropriately.
