I've came across an interesting fact.

During the last 2 World Wars, the UK has had Scottish Prime Ministers.

During WW1 it was Herbert Asquith who was born in England BUT was the MP for the East Fife Area.

During WW2 Neville Chamberlain was the PM to start with but Winston Churchill took over and he was the MP for the Dundee area, which is just 30 miles north of East Fife.

Now it seems more than likely that Gordon Brown will become PM soon for the UK and guess what???? He's Scottish and is the MP for the West Fife area............

I hope that this is just mere coincidence, that Scots MP's have led the UK into 2 World Wars before.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Churchill had long since ceased being MP for Dundee by the time he assumed the Premiership in 1940.

Nygdan its not very often a Scot becomes PM of the UK so they don't often start wars. They just got involved in the 2 biggies.

I know Herbert Asquith led the UK into WW1 and Churchill took the PM position after WW2 had started.

I totally forgot that Blair was born in Edinburgh. It doesn't look good at all.

Guess what makes it even more interesting? Our old friend Rosslyn Chapel, lies just on the outskirts of Edinburgh and its just a 20 to 30 minute drive from all of the mentioned PM's local areas.....

Now I may be going mad, but Rosslyn, St. Clairs, House of Stuart, Asquith, Churchill, Balir and Brown ALL have direct links to the area....Man my brain hurts pondering such theorys
