Gator gets loose in Airliner's baggage area

NEWARK, N.J. -- Alligator bags weren't the problem on an American Airlines jetliner that landed at Newark International Airport from Miami on Monday.

It was a live, 5-foot alligator that was captured inside the baggage compartment after escaping from its crate.

oh im so glad i was not on that plane,
suppose there could be worse....
small things like killer spiders that can get through small spaces....*shivers*
