In this way ,Israel would never have peace.

I'm not saying who is guilty and who is not, I'm saying that full scale offensive won't be successfull in its goal - to destroy hezbollah. Army's concept is to fight in open combat against another army. And classic army doctrine still hasn't answer to asimetrical/terrorist type of warfare - situation in Iraq is best proof for that.

I'm not saying that hezbollah/hamas are innocent people - they're not. But I can't say that Israel is completely innocent, either. So, it all comes to this - hezbollah strikes Israel, Israel retalietes, terrorists strike back, Israel strikes back... sadly, i see no end to it.

Is anybody else(especially christians) getting the impression that this current war Israel is in, is a major deal towards forcing all parties over there into the peace agreement that is to come?

The one that the antichrist, when he shows up will also agree to(confirm) with them.
