I just wanted some feedback from any diabetics who have incorporated soy products(specifically soy milk into there diets).Is it as bad as they make it
out to be?It appears to be a grey area at the moment

But on the other hand isolated soy protein has the other benifets of controlling sugar levels and enhancing goog cholestral levels.

So can any diabetics share some feedback in regards to how things have changed since switching to soy?
