Here is a question for you!

My neighbor across the street has this really creepy, weird, scary in a serial killer kind of way boyfriend. My husband does not like him because he comes over and is always asking questions about me and wondering why I do not come over for beer or something. He has a creepy stare and stares at me and other people.

One night I had a dream that he was digging up my sweet peas. That was the last straw. I am now convinced he is the epitome of evil. Even the neighborhood cats do not like him.

My question. Should I use my husband as bait, making him wear a wire, and go over to their house for beers, as a potential victim, while I wait outside with a nail bat in case of trouble, waiting to strike him? Or should I report him to the police for being really creepy and being a possible serial killer, and because I dreamed about him destroying my garden and the fact that even cats do not like him? Or should I simply sit outside and anytime he comes out of the house, shower him with threats, abuse, and insults?

I await your wisdom,. oh great one!

Sounds like you really have an issue with da neighbor. Have you considered using your self as bait, and letting your husband wait near by in case of any thing?

Since surveilance is illegal for those not a part of the government, perhaps a "home security" camera aimed that a neighbors way, may be of an ease giver for you. You could report them to a "neighborhood watch" group, as the authorities won't have an interest in your feelings, or hunches. A law needs to be broke for them to get involved.

This could all be a misunderstanding too of course. Most next door residents don't even talk to each other these days, like back in the 80's and early 90's. Gone are the days of "borrowing a cup" of flour or sugar, now more common is the exact opposite.

Don't have a watch group in your area start one, I have seen the sign they get and them signs are niffty. And it is a great way to find an alert community. Of course that sign may mean as much as those "drug free school zone" signs ....

One thing is for sure though, if that neighbor gives you, and others a feeling that is not good, it is best to at least keep it in mind.

What ever you decide, make sure all options and facts are available.
