Who know's what the/a Metatron is?

Anybody know what the/a Metatron is?

I came up with a few different answers in my little research, but nothing concrete.

Metatron could be a few things...

I've heard it used in games as an ore, IE, Metatron Ore, a superdense polymer, or some shyte like that.

As in the movie Dogma, could be used as the name for 'The angel that speaks for god', that Metatron.

That's all I really know off the top of my head about the word Metatron.

Is this anything like Jumbotron? Sony's huge screen display at sporting events?

metatron is the first angel. the cube.

The Metatron is the voice of God, his messenger type.

According to Jewish tradition he was the Angel of YHWH Elohim who lead Israel through the desert. In Kabbalist thought he is the Crown of the Tree of Life. When he lived like a man on Earth, he was Enoch the Rightious, seventh son after Adam, great grandfather of Noah. He is the guardian of all Divine Wisdom. He has 72 wings and unnumberable eyes. As you see this guy is not someone you'd like to get in a dispute with, allthough he is known to be very rightious and like God he would probably forgive you, but he has the power to think your existance away. He is chief among the guardians of the 70 peoples of the Earth.

But let me remind you all, that even if this angel's greatness exceeds your comprehension, he is still just an angel, and shall not be invoked or prayed to. When he represents God, and you fall down an worship him, he like any other Angel of Light scoffs at you and reminding you that he is merely a servant of the Most High.

OK, in this case i think i will invoke him, i would like very much to get to hear his answer. Nomatter what it is.

Serafims and Archangels are two seperate kategories of angels according to the kabbalah.
And Metatron is an Archangel.

Then there are some pretty impossible things you have to do first, and, may I add, undo, for your own good. Firstly you have to know his secret Name which is officially LOST.

No, it was the other way around. Enoch is said to have found the Divine Spark Adam had lost, and took on angelity, receiving seventytwo wings from God for his rightiousness. No doubt God loved the guy....

Archs are all winged. It is said about Michael and Gabriel: Michael the greatest, Gabriel the mightiest. It supposedly takes Gabriel two flaps with his wings to reach Earth, while it takes old Mike just one. Hehe. Don't know how much truth you should put in to such, but it sure is fun to read about. Michael is the guardian of Israel. Metatron is said to be guardian of all 70 peoples/races/spiritual nations/generations of the world. Gabriel I don't know though, but I somehow always see him before me at nighttime, while Michael I feel is more a daytime kind of guy. To me he shines almost uncontrolled while Gabe is more reluctant and strategic, often dressed in brownish cloac. Michael force the ocean while Gabriel roars id up so to speek. It was supposedly Arch Gabriel who was the Angel of Death killing all the firstborns of Pharao's generations but PASSED OVER the houses protected by the blood of Jesus.
