Iran and the conection to soviet scientists

Hi everyone!

I am sorry If I have disapointed you by the title of this thread, but I need your help in locating another thread. I have searched now for about an hour and a half, looking for a thread that spoke of a soviet scientist that went to the Middle East and helped with nuclear technology development. I remember reading the thread not longer that a year ago. I really do appreciate all those who can help in locating this thread! It is imparative that I eventually find the thread as it will significantly help in a presentation I shall be giving for faculty.

Just keep using different words ....hopefully you will find what your looking for..
