"Reality check" sounds more like a pissing contest. There are all sorts of explainations for what might have occured. It's not unreasonable that
such a thing could have happened.
Slipping back into Iranian airspace. the re-con mission could have already ended. scrambled vehicles could have been slow to catch up to it.. we
don't know when the uav had actually been noticed.
it also could have been the case that it happened in or just outside of Iranian airspace, and that the deployment of of us vehicles was simply a show
of force.. perhaps because the uav did make a short exit outside of Iranian airspace.
We don't know that it was actually there at the time that they say it occured. And why should we. In fact from a military perspective, it wouldn't
be very smart to let everyone know where every vehicle is at any moment. especially when sensitive operations are taking place.
So far be it from you or anyone else to know where it was at what time and what it was doing unless that information has been presented to you be a
reliable source.
There is also the possibility that someone was not paying attention when they should have been. also that the equipment malfunctioned also that that
the UAV was flying higher than us craft and also using stealth technology.
Why is it so important that you be shown pictures anyhow.. do you think they really care how MANY people actually believe this. mabey they have
their reasons for not showing you. or mabey the pictures have been censured by your own media so that people like you don't believe it. In either
case, some people will believe it which means that the military will still have to suffer some amount of embarassment
It's also possible that it didn't happen at all. But let me ask you why it is that they would say that they had done such a thing to a specific
craft if they knew, had that info been false, that they could easily be discredited?
mabey.. just mabey there is some legitimacy to this claim.
I would get off of the USA is #1 kick just for a minute to concider that accidents happen.. even within the US military.. What was that about
friendly fire? or am I to believe that was intentional?
even if you pay for the internet.. some of you shouldn't be allowed to use it.
