Just curious on you guys views about a point I tried to argue at dinner the other night with a few buddies.
Besides the money being spent and the possibility for more so-called terrorism (god im sick of that word). How is our presence in Iraq, the war in Iraq... and our current standing in this situation DIRECTLY affecting your lives?
Yes, I'm a bit saddened by reports of losing troops, however... this doesn't affect me. Or does it? This view has upset a few people that I've spoken to about it.
Actually, I can say the ONLY thing that is directly affecting my life from this "war" in Iraq is the prices im paying for my gas on the way to work in the morning.

I live were most of the soilders who have died recently live. Alot of sad folks. Also my GF dad is second in command and he is goin to alot of
funerals.
