I use oxy, it works pretty well.
To prevent acne, you shuld wash you face frequently with soap and water, as well as drink plenty of water. Dehydration can cause breakouts, believe it
or not. Lack of sleep can too. Eating greasy or unhealthy foods does not neccserarily cause breakouts, it's just a myth. Each and every person's
body chemestry is different, so some foods might be bad for you but not to other people.
