Imagine, if you will, that by some freak of cicumstance, - you have been given the sole responsibility of running the world.
What 10 things would you implement to unite the globe and solve its issues.

Remember that you have basically unlimited funds and manpower and access to ALL levels of global intelligence.

Well I guess if I suddenly came into absolute power by some odd chance I'd expose all government secrets. ALL!!!
