We need 'Open Book' project

While watching ‘UFO: Seeing is Believing’ last night on National Geographic channel, where they discussed Blue Book and Red Book, I came to idea that we need ‘Open Book’ project – where we will summarize all UFO sites, add option to add new ones, collect all evidence (photos, stories etc.).

I wonder if this might show as some pattern, and if we might categorize different UFOs etc.

I know there are couple sites that do similar thing, but nothing done on large scale.
