does anyone know about transfered souls ?

I know that lot of aliens living on this planet in human form, their souls transfered
to human bodies when they were child or whatever.

What I don't know is, what happen to their body after the transfer ? Can they go to
their alien body again and travel with a space ship ? They live like human here.

And also how the transfer happen ? Do they transfer while the baby or child is about to die or also they kill the human body and use the body by that way ?
