What happens when I vote WATS'

What actually happens when I cast a WATS vote for someone?
I couldn't find the info on this anywhere. Do they get a U2U telling them that they have recieved a vote? Do I get a U2U verifying my vote? Is there a notification that you get if you win for the month or does the icon just appear on your sidebar?
I haven't seen too many awards lately, is there some link to the monthly tallies or some where to see who has the most votes?
I've searched high and low for the answers to these questions but maybe I didn't look in the right place.

No, they don't.

Not a U2U, but when you vote you get a pop up saying who you voted for and how many votes you have left.

I've never won WATS but to my knowledge you don't get a U2U saying you won.

No, there isn't any list you can view (or me for that matter).

Can't we get a light bulb icon?
Like the color changing post bar. But a light bulb, that glows brighter, the higher the
"Wattage"....

Duh, Space, we already have that.



As for me, i shall await my turn just as Suzan Lucci waited for hers. (She stars on All My Children (I hate her) she had to wait 19 years to get her award.

well, in the ATS universe,
you should feel the satisfaction of being 'involved' and doing your civic duty,
by the very act of voting for someone.

of course the cynics amongst us would say, thats proof your just a cog in the machine.
