I just saw it on MSNBC. Just a quick blurb, then back to the war in Iraq and the border "crisis". It's like they had to report it but don't want you to think about it too much.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The United States intends to establish full diplomatic relations with Libya and remove the North African country from the list of state sponsors of terrorism, State Department and Libyan officials told CNN.

i read somewhere that the Taliban
was not listed as a terrorist entity in the recent (yesterday) released intelligence reports. ....[but all the usual suspects are listed; Hamas, PLO, AQ, etc etc]

maybe the Libya (& Kadaffi) & Taliban are somehow related to each other

Why does this 'new' news seem like 'old' news?

Moammar Khadafi years ago after losing his family, or whatever, decided that he just didn't want to do it anymore. Call it capitulation to the US (or at least that was the spin?)

I honestly think Khadafi looked to Switzerland and decided neutrality for Libya seemed OK. Don't start crud, don't attract crud, but deliver crud when crud received. He saw an alternate avenue for Libya.

That's my IMO

so people that dont attack the US directly are listed
but the ones that were with the people that did 9/11 arent terrorists acording to that
ROFL

I don't think it can be proved quite yet that the United States has any plans to go to war with Iran. It will take more evidence for me

Don't worry all the necessary evidence will be thunkded up somehow.
You don't need evidence, suspicion is good enough if Iraq is a valid indicator.

And budrul, the taliban had nothing to do with 911, just like Saddam.
In fact I can't say who did it, if conspiracy theories be my guide.
