I've seen some handguns that use the 5.6, even a revolver I think, but I don't know the names.

FN five seven is my favorite especially since it can be used with the fn p90

Shorten the barrel and remove the stock and you have what can be legally defined as a pistol, like so.....

I saw one of those at the paintball field a couple weeks ago. Guy said he would let me buy it for $700. flat. I was thinking it is nice, slap a telescoping butt stock on there and add a acog 4.

If you add a telescoping buttstock to a Carbon 15 pistol I believe that would turn it into an SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) and that would require require a separate permit (Class III ?) - the absence of which would be a felony punishable by up to 10 years in the slammer.

Be careful here and research thoroughly.
