Yep, my ISP has been flaky this a.m. due to lots of rain and such in my area, so when I couldn't access BTS/PTS I used the suggestion button to ask if it was me or an ATS issue. I received a reply back quickly from MOD JungleJake informing me of the problem on ATS.
