Im a romantic, I would be alone with my mermaid on the beach with a nice beach fire going. I would then grab my pots and pans that I happened to have with me and my hunting knife and cook the mermaid. I love seafood.

There is no indication of whether this is a phenomenon seen to occur post-coitum, or as a result of some performance anxiety.
