I think even that its old pacman was the best game ever. And the worst game was fight for life. cause it was just a remake of every other fighting game.

Hrmm... This is a very tough decision. I don't think I can put any game at the top of the ladder by itself. I enjoy playing Chrono Trigger or anything Zelda. Now, as for the worst game, that's a tough one too. I've played some prettttty horrible FPSs in my day, but I couldn't label one of them as the worst game ever.

OMGOOSES. Where are all the Halo Fanboys?

Best game i ever played is Civ2 TA is a close second. The worst game i ever played is impossible to say. For some reason i never played games that were horrible.

I absolutely loved pong when it came out. I tend to play pc games as I don't have good enough hand eye coordination for console type games. My son kicked my butt at pac-man when he was four years old.

I've never cared for first person shooter games. I prefer adventure, puzzle solving games. My all-time favorite in that genre would have to be the Leisure Suit Larry series. That was my into to pc gaming. As for on-line games, well, by my avatar, it'd have to be Everquest OL.

The worst game is any one I liked to play but no longer works due to MS Windows upgrades.

The best game that I've ever played would have to be a computer game series called Pro Evolution Soccer. It just keeps getting better and better. Though, if it were another thingy, it'd probebly be Morrowind for Xbox. So what if it crashed sometimes, I lost a lot of hours playing that.

Worst game would have to be Superman for N64. Almost felt like I wanted to die when I was playing it.
Oh yeah. Mission Impossible for the N64 again. I will always remember this bewitching catchphrase: "Wow, the laser singed my hair!."

for the people thats just posted games

Why do you choose them

I chose pong because it was the first video game I ever saw. I lost a lot of quarters on that machine.

LSL was just funny and plain fun. My ex brought it home after some of the people he worked with suggested it.

I became addicted to EQ. I didn't think I would like it but played anyway just to try it. Friends at work were pushing it. Three years later, I'm still playing.

I'm not sure what the best video game is but I sure know what the worst is. It's called "Hybrid Heaven". It was made for the N64 and let me tell you it is hellish. A completely messed up storyline (if you can even call it that) worst graphics ever, a lack of any sort of gameplay and a two player mode that induces suicide.

I chose civ2 because it is very addictive. I still play it occaisionally after all these years. I chose TA for the same reason.

For best I choose Civ3. I might change my mind and make that Civ4 once I get into it more.

Worst game, I would have to pick The Longest Journey.

For me, street fighter 2 champion edition had a major effect on my life. I mean it didnt make me go out street fighting or anything like that, but that was THE ONE GAME that I spent the most time, most money, and had the best and worst times with. I still remember the day that the EGM (electronic gaming monthly) came out with the cover "Street Fighter 2 coming to super nes" THat day I started plotting "how can i dump my genesis and get a snes???" Dont get me wrong, I've owned atari 2600, nes, turbografx 16, genesis, snes, saturn, ps1, dreamcast, ps2, gamecube, gameboy. and there have been a ton of great games on all those systems, but for some reason i cant put my finger on, street fighter 2 always topped them all.

Now for worst game...swordquest earthworld on atari 2600. This game pretty much had no point...you would go room to room killing what i think was supposed to be monsters, then you would get to this room that was like frogger, you had to jump on these moving logs which was freakin IMPOSSIBLE. To me it was the worst

Gitaroo Man is one of the most imaginative games I've ever played. It set the premise for that bloody Guitar Hero, and brought a new life into the dance-style game genre. Anyone who has played it will tell you that it is unparalleled.

Plus the music on it is amazing! You get hip hop, pop rock, jazz, hard rock, pop and campfire.
