USAF versu FOI act - USAF Loses!

Well isn't this just peachy! The USAF have been taken to court and lost over a wrangle about how and if they process FOI requests from Joe citizen....and the courts have proven that they are either deliberatly slow, or just don't bother at all!

A very interesting article just because it shows that all the people who believe the Goverment agencies are on the side of the citizens, or are above reproach, have a wildly skewed world view.


They lie, cheat and decieve to keep it all hidden... FOI ??? now just whats FOI??

even if they Honor your FOI request and send you documents which you requested, they are usually covered in black marks hiding the truth still

ive even sometimes figured they may even doctor up some fake documents , why not it would only take 10minutes and Joe Citizen wouldnt know the differance anyhow

so to me FOI is just another distraction to calm the public down and distract us from taking real action agianst the powers that be...

i even saw a case where some guy requested documents about Elvis Presley record sells in India or somewhere, and they even blacked out half the page ...

they love the black marker, even if its not truely nessesary...
