Has this been debunked??

Just saw this video and was wondering if it has been debunked:

I go with the comments at the bottom of the video. 1st one seems fake and the 2nd vid is the Shuttle.

First one could easily be CGI, as I see no impartial witnesses standing around in the vid and this is not in a public place (like D.C. or somewhere) where not only would you have the vid, but you'd have TONS of people remembering it (and multiple peoples' cameras catching it). I won't believe ANY alien/craft vid until it meets those conditions. And no, Phoenix lights don't count. All I ever saw on vid looked to be obviously flares descending behind the mountain. Other claims ppl made over there - I have yet to see vids from those and doubt I ever will.

Second vid is the shuttle. And the circled part is not interesting in the least. Once again, I am tired of squinting and having to use my imagination and hopefulness to see a UFO.
