problems in UFO/ Aliens

There are so many new posters that have not done any research whatsoever. The same threads keep coming up over and over, preventing discussion of new threads. We need a filter, or better moderation. This is the thread I keep coming to, and I keep reading the same things. I welcome new people of course, but maybe they should be tested in a 'newbie' thread first.
