Seriously. They are. Why doesn't anyone see that? Their last couple of albums have been appalling, and even their good ones are just as crap. Bunch of boring ninnies!

LOL sister, you must have just gone out and bought an albumn from them and are seriously disapointed. I hate it when that happens. I have never heard of them. I did a quick search and it seems they have been around a long time.

LOL Im a bloke! I just hate buying bad albums. Pablo Honey sucks balls! Ok Computer is a Pink Floyd album in disguise, and the Bends was just an exercise of depressing yourself to the point of oblivion! Suddenly pouring liquid fire in my skull sounds like an welcome alternative.

I loved some of their stuff growing up and still do. Not too fussy on the last 3 albums, but there's still some quiality songs on them.

I can understand why a lot of people hate them though, it's the same with the Smashing Pumpkins and The Mars Volta, the marmite effect: You either love em or hate em.

I personally love radiohead. I don't like Pablo Honey as much (except for 'creep'.. I really like that one) I love all the other albums though. I can see there music not appealing to everyone though.

I think Radiohead are brilliant, especially for a band with an alien lead guitarist. Bands that push the envelope while continuing to produce emotionally affecting music are rarer than hens' teeth. They are also (in my opinion) the best bands in the world, and Radiohead is one of them.

I'll tell you what's crap, though: Thom Yorke offstage and out of the studio. His half-assed political pontifications and privileged whingeing make me want to squash him like a bug. Onstage or on CD, he's a god; why doesn't he just stay there?

I have to say Radiohead are amazing. Creep and No Suprises are just amazing songs. But i also agree with another poster. Tom should stick to performing lol.

Radiohead is a pretty boring band.

I prefer music with a little more of a kick. Not depressive droning that one can fall asleep too.

I love them. They're similar to TOOL in that it's not the kind of music you can put on and tap your feet to. It's a more interactive type of listening. What really impresses me is that the lead singer has never taken psychedelic drugs, but they still produced what someone above me called "a Pink Floyd album in disguise." You just can't beat a Stephen Hawking-like voice reciting a list of ways to improve yourself written while getting drunk. You can tell he was getting drunk because the ways become more obscure as the song goes on. "A pig, in a cage, on antiobiotics."

One question: Why care?

People do love to have hate to spend the time I suppose.

Radiohead is about the farthest you can go into experimental, and still be a "pop" band. they have done a mammoth job at pushing the boundries, and if you take the time to get used to the vibe it becomes apparent that tom yorke is a bit of a geneous.

it's not for people who need there music spoon fed to them thats for sure. if you need linear music with nice popy hooks you are wasting your time, and I would suffice to say that if you do decide to delve into the albums and spend some time really feeling them, you wont be dissapointed. not all music is meant to be played at all times. music is mood, and you have to be in it to get it.

nuff said.

TgSoe: not to get off topic but is your avatar the one that won the worlds ugliest dog contest? I think it was. Actually it looks like whatever it is its trying to chew off its own dick.
