The alien autopsy tent footage ?

Has anyone seen the "alien autopsy tent footage" ?. I keep hearing that Ray Santilli was also in possession of a "alien autopsy tent footage" but it was too badly degraded, so IMHO Ray remaded the footage from scratch. Also as the story goes it took Ray 2 years to negotiate to get the footage in his possession, IMHO this 2 years was spent remaking the footage which would become the AA footage. then Ray distributed the hoaxed version for obvious reasons. Please tell me one of you guys has this footage
