Polar Bear Extinction

I heard on the news yesterday that scientist predict that within the next 20-25 years that polar bears will be extinct due to global warming.

With the artic ice caps melting polar bears are already starting to show signs of stress due to global warming. Polar bears use to have 2-3 cubs and now are having one cub and are lucky if they have two.

This saddens me as polar bears are one of my favorite animals and it seems as though there is nothing we can do to save them.
