Here's what my friend said.....
You'll probably lose a little energy at first....just cause you're used to the stuff, but you in a couple weeks you'll be back to your old self
again.
And your muscle mass will go down some, well not really your muscle mass but the water will go down and make you look a bit smaller.
Many people take more creatine than their body can use. I have heard that 5-10 grams a day is more than enough. Anymore than that your body rejects
it.
