This is the first I have heard of this, apperently you can order things through the 'cosmos'. The guy in this link is Noel Edmunds, a famous tv personality in the UK.




A Bishop has used his Easter address to criticise comparisons between a mystical "ordering system" used by TV host Noel Edmonds and Christian prayer.
