A quick google search on "Rice Chapter 7" came up with the following articles...

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations John R. Bolton went in more detail than Miss Rice, saying that Washington would seek a Chapter 7 resolution at the council. The chapter deals with threats to peace and allows the use of military force as a response.

No, Chapter 7 also relates to economic and diplomatic sanctions against a country. And China and Russia will just veto anything relating to Chapter 7 anyway. It's just the US sounding tough and applying more pressure.

America will first use this as a pretext to wage world sanctions against Iran becuase it know's there is no threat from Iran even if Iran tries to build a bomb at full speed it will take about 5 years so America will use these sanctions to try and soften Iran up by crushing its economy and then when it's ready will launch an attack against Iran also signs of the attack comming will be when america starts pulling its forces out of Iraq and afgahnistan so it can air raid Iran.

I hope this is veto'd by china or russia becuase the second america gets this it will use it to wage war abviously not straight away becuase there's no immediate danger but will use it from then on to bully iran and bomb it and possibly raid its airspace anfd bomb people on a regular basis like it did in Iraq.

If the chapter 7 pass, Iran would probably pre-emptive strike Israël and hide their troops and move their civilians out of the cities. They would attack americans forces in Iraq..

Hope China and Russia say: If anyone attack Iran, it will be considered as an attack against China and Russia and so on, we will retaliate... So it would save Iran from any attack because they are NOT a REAL TREATH.

THE REAL THREAT IN THE MIDDLE-EAST IS ISRAËL WITH HIS 300 NUCLEAR WEAPONS!!
